CP Media Performance Issue Identified | October 28, 2022
CivicPlus monitoring detected an issue that impacted live stream recordings yesterday morning into today. CivicPlus system Engineers were able to restore full service functionality, however streams conducted during this time will need to upload their backup video files for on-demand viewing.
The implemented solution may cause a temporary service interruption on your end, depending on the specific equipment implemented in your organization. In the event of your stream failing to reconnect, we advise restarting your streaming hardware/software to resolve the issue.
