CompletedCivicPlus monitoring has detected a possible performance issue that may be affecting your ability to contact CivicPlus Support or utilize Self-Service resources on the Help Centers or within your CivicPlus solution. We are investigating this and a timeline for resolution and next steps will be provided as soon as available.

CivicPlus has worked with our support system provider and a resolution has been deployed. You should begin to see restoration of services. Any tickets or communication you may have sent should have gone through. Please expect longer response times as our agents work to get caught up on these. If you submitted a request and do not see it within your Help Center Portal, please resubmit your request through your system or through the Help Center Request page.
To access your Help Center Portal, select your product and sign into the Help Center, and then under your profile icon you will select "My Activities". Here is an example.
