These areas within the system are related to:
- Emailing new receipts from transactions created on or after June 15th
- Sessions with daily and weekly pricing enabled

CivicRec Incident Report: Daily/Weekly Pricing Registration 6.15.2022
June 16, 2022Incident Description
Starting on Wednesday June 15, 2022 customers began reporting that sessions set up with daily and/or weekly pricing, we no longer allowing registrations. They could see the program in the catalog but it was not available to add to the cart.
Cause
A previous defect ticket resolution changed the logic that determines if the UI controls to allow user to register should be shown. This caused the daily/weekly pricing registration to look at the total registrations for the entire session and not for each day/week.
Resolution
Systems engineers were able to replicate the issue and correct the defect. Sessions that are set up with daily and weekly pricing will be able to register for sessions if there is capacity within the max numbers for each respective day/week.
Preventative Measures
This is a difficult bug to detect based on the original changes.
