    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus solution.

    • Outage Duration: CivicPlus Platform experienced an intermittent disruption in performance and availability between 8:37 a.m. and 8:44 a.m. CST on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Sign in through new sign in at cpauthentication.civicplus.com was not impacted.
    • Root Cause: This was the result of a known issue from an unusual unhandled exception combined with a high load of users attempting to sign in at once.  
    • Further Review:  We understand that the CivicPlus Platform is critical to your organization and we're committed to ensuring maximum availability and performance. A more permanent fix was put into place isolating the cause of the issue at 10:11 a.m. CST on Tuesday, May 3. All CivicPlus Platform integrated products are in the process of transitioning to the new sign in to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of CivicPlus single sign-on that will eliminate the root cause of this issue.     Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
