CompletedCivicPlus monitoring has detected a possible performance issue that may be affecting your CivicPlus solution, specifically SMS messages are not sending to Verizon phone numbers. CivicPlus Systems Engineers are working with our downstream provider to resolve the issue and a timeline to resolution and next steps will be provided as soon as available.
