On February 4, 2022, CivicPlus Systems Engineers responded to reports related to intermittent functionality limitations. After responding to immediate reports and restoring functionality issues, a root cause analysis was performed. It was determined the intermittent issues were related to functionality within the site search index process. Steps have been taken to remediate the issue while a long term fix is implemented.
