CP Media Closed Captioning Service Disruption

Closed Captioning for CPMedia clients is experiencing an unexpected Live Captioning outage.  This outage is causing Live Captioning event failures.  You may experience intermittent inability to stream if you are streaming from an encoder such as OBS.  As a workaround, if you have the ability to change your video source, we have determined that streaming from Zoom as your video source will allow our closed captioning provider the ability to receive the stream and successfully deliver captions.  Updates will be provided when available.
