    Report Generation Incident Report

    Incident Description
    Several clients experienced issues where they were unable to produce reports within their CivicRec system. This issue has been corrected.

    Cause
    The recent addition of a scaling factor was set too low for what was required for optimal performance.

    Resolution
    The scaling was adjusted at approximately 10:00 am central time on 10/7/21, correcting the issue.
