Incident Description
Several clients experienced issues where they were unable to produce reports within their CivicRec system. This issue has been corrected.
Cause
The recent addition of a scaling factor was set too low for what was required for optimal performance.
Resolution
The scaling was adjusted at approximately 10:00 am central time on 10/7/21, correcting the issue.0
