Account Creation Issues Incident Report
September 16, 2021Incident Description
Some clients were experiencing an issue where user accounts could not be created.
Cause
A JavaScript error was preventing the user account creation page from loading successfully. This symptom has been corrected.
Resolution
This issue was resolved on 9/15/21 at approximately 5 pm central time by releasing a fix to production environments removing the JavaScript error. Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.0
