    At 1:26 pm CST on October 30, 2020, CivicPlus engineers received an automatic alert that some Engage 6 sites had intermittent availability. At this time some Engage 6 sites were not able to be accessed by clients or front end guests. CivicPlus engineers immediately responded and were able to bring the service back online by 1:36 pm CST on October 30, 2020.

    • Outage Duration: 10 minutes

    • Root Cause: Unusual traffic spikes caused traffic to back up in the queue.

    • Further Actions: CivicPlus engineers were able to resolve the issue by restarting the queue service and will continue to monitor.
