Engineers have determined a fix of adding opt out wording on every SMS message that is now in development. An update to this post will be added with details by 8 a.m. CST.

As part of our migration to a new vendor, we discovered that “Stop” was not getting appended to each message. Once this was discovered, were developed, tested and deployed a fix to your solution. We are working closely with our partners to ensure that all messages are being delivered through all carriers.
