CompletedCivicPlus monitoring has detected a possible performance issue that may be affecting your ability to use Single Sign On with your CivicPlus solution. This may also include forced logout and login errors. CivicPlus Systems Engineers are investigating and a timeline to resolution and next steps will be provided as soon as available.

At 4:42pm Central, CivicPlus Engineers were alerted of intermittent errors with the CivicPlus Platform, specifically staff and clients were unable to access sites using single sign on, were getting logged out, or receiving errors.
The issue was identified and a server restart was performed at 4:52pm Central.
At 5:01pm Central, the issue appeared to be resolved and there were no longer intermittent errors. It was also observed that the performance had improved at that time.
No further actions are planned at this time, and CivicPlus Engineers will continue to monitor.
