Intermittent Login Issue Impacting Platform Sites | December 15, 2020

    • Outage Duration: CivicPlus Platform, specifically client's ability to access sites, experienced an intermittent disruption between 8:26 a.m. and 9:19 a.m. CST on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 .
    • Root Cause: This was the result of node errors that triggered a max pool size exception. The issue resolved after the node was restarted.
    • Further Review:  We understand that the CivicPlus Platform is critical to your organization and we're committed to ensuring maximum availability and performance. CivicPlus Engineers are currently in the process of upgrading our Identity Server which will mitigate risk of these occurrences happening in the future.
