    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution. An incident report will be posted here within 24 hours.

    On September 16th at approximately 9:39 a.m. Central Time, CivicPlus Engineers were alerted to user sign in continuously looping or going to an error on a portion of CivicEngage sites. During the investigation, it was determined to likely be a temporary network issue impacting all users on select sites. The service was manually recycled at 10:39 a.m., restoring all sign ins.

    The Product Engineering team and CivicPlus Engineers are working on a fix to prevent similar future disruptions. Users should now be able to resume normal site usage. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
