CivicPlus Systems Engineers have Restored Service to your CivicPlus Solution.

At 5:30 AM CST a Systems Engineer, in Anticipation of increased traffic due to elections, initiated a resize operation of the SQL sever in Azure. Normally a resize operation only incurs a very brief disruption to the service. The resize operation took longer than normal and eventually timed out. Resulting in Azure portal not reporting and accurate status of the VM an attempt to start the machine was invoked time was allowed for the machine to come online, which did not seem to resolve the issue, after which a restart was initiated this resulted the machine come back online and the solution recovering at 6:35 AM CST.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
