On June 23rd at approximately 12:44PM Central Time, CivicPlus Engineers were alerted to a service disruption affecting a small portion of clients. During the investigation, engineers discovered that one of the databases on a shared server was exhausting system resources. At approximately 2:09PM Central Time, all sites had recovered. The root cause of this service disruption was related to a circular reference created in a CivicEngage module under rare conditions. This defect has been reported to Product Engineering and CivicPlus Engineers are working to develop additional controls to prevent the creation of circular references. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
