    At 9:51am on June 5, 2020, the CivicPlus Systems Engineers discovered an issue with our authentication service. Users were not able to log in to CivicPlus Products. CivicPlus Engineers immediately responded and were able to resolve the issue by 11:05 am on June 5, 2020.
    • Outage Duration: 1 hr 14 min
    • Root Case: Database calls from the application timed out before database could respond. CivicPlus Engineers worked to failover system to remediate issue.
    • Further Review: While the issue is resolved, and we do not expect an additional issues related to this event, CivicPlus Engineers continue to investigate events leading up to this incident.
    We understand the valuable service your CivicPlus apps provide to your community and our systems engineers will continue to monitor our SQL server to mitigate further interruptions.
