CivicPlus System Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus solution.
- Issue Duration: CivicPlus Platform single sign on experienced an intermittent disruption in performance and availability between 8:11 a.m. and 9:57 a.m. CST on January 30, 2020.
- Root Cause: This was the result of an unusual unhandled exception combined with a high load of users attempting to sign in at once.
- Further Review: We understand CivicPlus Platform single sign on is critical to your organization and we're committed to ensuring maximum availability and performance. We are continuing to investigate how this was able to impact all sign ins. A larger project to increase resilience, decouple dependencies, and isolate sign in services is already in process and expected to be released in the first quarter of 2020.
Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
