    • Outage Duration: CivicPlus Platform experienced an intermittent disruption in performance and availability between 6:48 a.m. and 8:26 a.m. CST on Monday, November 4, 2019 with the longest disruption from 7:52 a.m. to 7:59 a.m. CST.
    • Root Cause: This was the result of a known issue from an unusual unhandled exception combined with a high load of users attempting to sign in at once.  
    • Further Review:  We understand that the CivicPlus Platform is critical to your organization and we're committed to ensuring maximum availability and performance. A fix for the specific exception was released by 3:00 p.m. CST on Monday, November 4, 2019. A larger project to increase resilience, decouple dependencies and isolate sign-in services within the Platform is already in process and expected to be released in the first quarter of 2020.

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
