Service Disruption - June 24, 2019
CompletedThis morning, starting at approximately 6:02 AM Central Time, some CivicPlus sites experienced intermittent downtime due a networking issue reported by Cloudflare. This affected the CivicPlus Platform, which is also protected by Cloudflare.
The networking issue appears to be caused a route leak by a network provider that has not been named. According to Cloudflare, this impacted many providers, not just Cloudflare. Cloudflare worked with the network provider to resolve the issue by removing the route leak. More details can be found on the Cloudflare status page.
The issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the situation closely.
