  • CivicPlus engineers are still working with the appropriate parties to get this resolved. At this time, we estimate the issue to be resolved by 11:30 CST. A status update will be provided at that time or when the issue has resolved.

  • CivicPlus Systems Engineers have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution.

    Outage Duration: Between 10:34 AM CST and 11:15 AM CST
    Root Cause: Memory failure resulting in System error.
    Resolution: Replaced blade.
    Further Review: Engineers will be running additional diagnostics on the blade removed from production.

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
