    CivicPlus Engineers continue to investigate an issue related to the Storage Area Network (SAN). The data center has contacted the SAN vendor, and they are actively investigating. We are working to identify the issue, and restore service ASAP. A status update will be provided at 8:00 p.m.

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage. The source of the outage is under investigation with our Hosting and Security team and an Incident Report outlining details of the issue will be added to this post by Tuesday.
