    We thank our customers for their patience as an in-depth analysis was completed and actions to prevent a similar disruption have been put in place.

    Below is the outage report related to this service disruption:

    • Outage Duration: 3 hours
    • Root Cause: The outage was a result of a data input issue between an ADFS integration and the platform.
    • Further Review: CivicPlus System Engineers have implemented code changes to allow the system to bypass the data causing the platform to continue to load. Additionally we are adding monitoring to the system to monitor this process and alert us to any issues like this so we can go in and correct the problem data.
