URL Shortening Issue and Scheduled Fix
CivicPlus Systems Engineers have determined that URLs are currently unable to be shortened for notifications through CivicEngage. The effect is links are not included in SMS messages and links are not shortened in social media posts.
- Outage Duration: Beginning Tuesday, March 26th
- Root Cause: URL shortener outage
To resolve this, we will be rolling out a change of URL shortener during our maintenance window, March 30th, 2019 beginning at 10:00 PM Central Standard Time. A status update will be added to this post by Sunday, March 31st at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time.

CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service for all URL shortening features.
