CivicPlus engineers have identified an issue on your CivicEngage site’s server related to today's incident. To mitigate the risk of a repeat, CivicPlus engineers will need to perform maintenance on your server tonight.

Starting at 7:00 p.m. Central Time, CivicPlus engineers will need to reboot your server to activate the configuration changes to your server. During this time, you may experience intermittent downtime on your site. This maintenance window will last no longer than 30 minutes.

All Sites have recovered and the emergency maintenance has concluded.
- Outage Duration: 20-30 Minutes
- Root Cause: Restarting of the servers to correct issues with them..
Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
