    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution.

    • Outage Duration: 45-60 Minutes
    • Root Cause: Memory failure resulting in System error.
    • Further Review: Failed memory has been removed from service. review if issue warrant accelerated replacement of the Server Blade. 

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage. The source of the outage is under investigationand an Incident Report outlining details of the issue will be added to this post
