  • Current Update

    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution.

    • Outage Duration: 60 min
    • Root Cause: It appears to have been an issue related to the VMsphere hardware revision. 
    • Further Review: We will be opening a ticket with VMware to identify if this was a known issue and if there is a fix for it. 

    The fix has been implemented and our engineers are working hard to bring all sites back online so users may continue regular use.
