    Service has been restored to the recording capabilities of your CivicMedia service.

    • Outage Duration: 02/04/19 2:41 A.M to 02/05/19 4:46 P.M.
    • Root Cause: Third-party hardware issues that caused the need to transfer all data to new servers.
    • Further Review: The third-party partners are reviewing the root cause and will provide further details on the plan going forward to prevent this issue.

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
