CivicPlus Engineers are investigating reports of a third-party issue related to video recording with our CivicMedia service. Any live video is recommended to be saved to a local drive as the auto-record feature may not be fully functional. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. A status update will be added to this post by 4:00 pm CST.
Service has been restored to the recording capabilities of your CivicMedia service.
Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
