CivicMedia Functionality: Investigating Video Recording Issue
CivicPlus Engineers are investigating reports of a third-party issue related to video recording with our CivicMedia service. Any live video is recommended to be saved to a local drive as the auto-record feature may not be fully functional. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Service has been restored to the recording capabilities of your CivicMedia service.
- Outage Duration: 02/04/19 2:41 A.M to 02/05/19 4:46 P.M.
- Root Cause: Third-party hardware issues that caused the need to transfer all data to new servers.
- Further Review: The third-party partners are reviewing the root cause and will provide further details on the plan going forward to prevent this issue.
Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
