    Recreation Management Service Interruption Report 
    Date: May 12, 2025 
    Service Impact Window: 7:00 PM – 9:25 PM CT 

    Summary 
    On the evening of May 12, 2025, a subset of users attempting to access the Recreation Management platform experienced service disruptions between 7:00 PM and 9:25 PM CT. During this time, some users were temporarily unable to login to the platform.

    Cause 
    The issue was related to a system update and deployment that occurred earlier in the day. A configuration change introduced after the release impacted platform performance, resulting in the service disruption. 

    Resolution 
    Our engineering team quickly identified the root cause and implemented a fix to restore normal service. Full functionality was reestablished around 9:25 PM CT. 

    What We’re Doing to Prevent This in the Future 
    To help prevent similar issues, we are updating our deployment processes to include additional steps that will help ensure that all web requests are properly aligned with the latest configuration changes.
