Recreation Management Service Interruption Report

Service Impact Window: 7:00 PM – 9:25 PM CTSummary
On the evening of May 12, 2025, a subset of users attempting to access the Recreation Management platform experienced service disruptions between 7:00 PM and 9:25 PM CT. During this time, some users were temporarily unable to login to the platform.Cause
The issue was related to a system update and deployment that occurred earlier in the day. A configuration change introduced after the release impacted platform performance, resulting in the service disruption.Resolution
Our engineering team quickly identified the root cause and implemented a fix to restore normal service. Full functionality was reestablished around 9:25 PM CT.What We’re Doing to Prevent This in the Future
