    INCIDENT REPORT 5.6.25

    Incident Description  
    Users trying to access Recreation Management on 5.6.25 between 9:15am and 10am CT were experiencing slow loading times and intermittent errors. 

    Cause 
    The performance issues were caused by a configuration change introduced during the scheduled maintenance this morning.  

    Resolution  
    CivicPlus engineers identified and addressed the configuration change restoring normal operation. 

    Preventative Measures  
    Configuration settings were revalidated across environments and system performance was monitored throughout the course of the day.
