    Fix Implemented

    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution. 

    One of the upstream carriers to the data center appears to be seeing congestion The connection to the carrier was still online. The data center has temporarily removed that carrier from the mix and have opened a ticket with that carrier. 

    That action seems to have improved performance. If you are still experiencing issue please Contact support.
