    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored full service to your CivicPlus Solution. An incident report will be posted here shortly.

    Incident Report:

    • The system that handles uploads and document generation failed and required configuration changes.  These changes were updated immediately upon discovery of the issue.  The issue was resolved and the areas of the system that were impacted recovered within an hour of the initial reports to the Engineering team. 
    • Steps are being taken in an effort to proactively address these types of configuration changes in the future.
