Performance and LMM/Board Portal 9/12/24

This week the CivicPlus Engineering team for Agenda and Meeting Management Select (previously known as CivicClerk) has worked on the following items to improve the performance of the Admin module and the LMM/Board Portal.  

Relevant work ready to release on 9/15/24::

  • Improvements in the area of Agenda Management to utilize asynchronous logic
  • Improved tracking for the new Manual e-Vote button. (If you have questions about this new feature on the Board Portal, additional information can be found here. 

Work in progress planned for release in the next week:

  • Refactoring specific areas to allow for utilization of asynchronous logic. This is expected to improve agenda file generation.
  • Additional improvements to utilize asynchronous logic

Further updates will be added here as these and additional improvements are released. Please watch for full release notes with all improvement and defect updates to be posted to the AMMS Help Center.
