CompletedCivicPlus monitoring has detected a possible performance issue that may be impacting your CivicPlus solution. CivicPlus Systems Engineers are investigating this and it appears the issue may be related to the Azure hosting resources. An update will be provided as soon as one is available.

The Azure issue impacting Codification services has been resolved. An incident report will be posted here as soon as more information is available. If you continue to experience issues with files opening correctly please clear your cache and attempt to open them again.

Time: Approximately 2:30 PM EST to 7:00 AM EST
Details: Azure Government experienced a platform issue resulting to an impact to their Storage in some areas of the US. Impacted customers may have seen impacts to document storage (e.g. PDFs) and background processing.
