    Update:  The Azure issue impacting the Meetings Essential solution has been resolved.  An incident report will be posted here as soon as more information is available.  If you continue to experience issues with files opening correctly please clear your cache and attempt to open again.

    Update: CivicPlus Engineers have identified the issue stemming from a service outage with Microsoft Azure Government. CivicPlus Engineers are in contact with Azure representatives at this time. The impact for the Meetings Essential product is mostly affecting PDFs at this time. Reports are indicating that HTML versions of Agendas and Packets are currently available, but PDFs are not. We will provide an update as more details are available.

    Time:  Approximately 2:30 PM EST to 7:00 AM EST

    Details:  Azure Government experienced a platform issue resulting to an impact to their Storage in some areas of the US.  Impacted customers may have seen impacts to document storage (e.g. PDFs) and background processing.
