Performance and LMM/Board Portal Improvement Update August 8, 2024

The CivicPlus Engineers for the Agenda and Meeting Management Select (formerly CivicClerk product) have continued to work on additional items to improve the experience within the Admin module and the LMM/Board Portal. This week the team has worked on updates to the following:
- Updated additional scheduled tasks to run fewer times a day.
- Improved Event Detail view loading speed by reducing the data needed to load the page.
- Updated the way motion votes are saved to the database during a voting session. This will prevent issues when multiple users cast their vote at the same time from the Board Portal.
- Manual E-vote Prompt Capability now available for Board Portal- enable vote prompt to come forward when not received timely (Contact technical support to enable this option.)
Additional items in progress:
- Improvements to previous Redis Implementation
- Improvements to client scheduled job tasks to prevent connection errors.
- Additional architectural improvements
