CivicPlus Pay Scheduled Maintenance | August 7, 2024

The CivicPlus Product Engineering Team regularly monitors all sites and makes changes and improvements as needed. At this time, we have determined the need to open a maintenance window for CivicPlus Pay. 

The maintenance window will take place during slow hours of usage to mitigate service disruptions. It will begin at 7:00 AM CDT and end at 8:00AM CDT on August 7, 2024.  Service will not be impacted for the entire hour.

During the maintenance window Pay could experience up to ~one minute of slowed performance or downtime as updates are applied.
