    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution.

    1. Outage Duration: 20 minutes.
    2. Root Cause: Failed update to server configuration
    3. Further Review: We have determined the cause of the failure and are currently making policy changes to ensure this type of update can't impact sites during business hours

    Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
