CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution.
We are still working with the Data Center but the issue appears to be related to a failing networking component that was not failing completely which causing the sporadic behavior. That component has been replaced and we do not anticipate any further related issues. We will post again when we have more details of the mode of failure.

Initially it was believed that a network transceiver in one of the core networking stacks was what caused the issue this was replaced and seemed to resolve the issue. shortly after it was determined the cause was actually one of the core switch stack chassis had developed a intermittent fault that manifest as the intermittent behavior observed between about 11:40AM and 1:30PM 7-12-2024. The impacted chassis was replaced by the Data center that weekend.
