Payment Gateway Partner Performance Issue | June 24, 2024
CivicPlus Pay is tracking issues with GPI gateway connections which are causing some customers to be unable to process payments. We have notified our GPI partners of the issue and are in communication with them to determine when a fix will be implemented. We will update you as soon as GPI provides more information.

Our GPI support partners have informed us that the issue has been resolved. Merchants should be able to process payments and manually settle batches as normal.
