Shared Production/Sandbox environment and multiple Single Tenant Production/Sandbox environments Site Outage 06.13.2024
Incident Description:
At approximately 8:21 AM CT, Customers reported the Recreation Management Shared Production/Sandbox environment and multiple Single Tenant Production/Sandbox environments were nonresponsive. Engineering and Hosting began investigating the issue and took immediate action to resolve the disruption.
Cause:
AWS was misconfigured, which caused the outage.
Resolution:
Hosting updated the AWS configuration and all environments affected were restored by 8:39 AM CT.0
