CivicPlus Systems Engineers have made several improvements to the system to address the issues seen over the last week.
- Outage Duration: Intermittent between 5/30/2024 and 6/5/2024
- Root Cause: Resource exhaustion
- Further Review: We have identified multiple items that contributed to the resource exhaustion and are continuing to take steps to minimize the chances of a recurrence.
Users should now be able to resume normal site usage.
