    Recreation Management Incident Report: Shared Production Site Disruption 05.29.2024
    Incident Description:
    At approximately 1:13 PM CDT it was reported through monitoring that the Recreation Management shared production environment was nonresponsive. Engineering and Hosting began investigating the issue and took immediate action to resolve the disruption.

    Cause:
    The database had transactional locking issues that resolved once degradation passed.

    Resolution:
    Environment resources were restarted.
