Incident Description:
At approximately 1:13 PM CDT it was reported through monitoring that the Recreation Management shared production environment was nonresponsive. Engineering and Hosting began investigating the issue and took immediate action to resolve the disruption.Cause:
The database had transactional locking issues that resolved once degradation passed.Resolution:
