CivicPlus Systems Engineers have restored all systems as of 8:15AM CT. CivicPlus will work with the data center to perform an root cause analysis, we'll post our findings by mid-week next week.

The issue appears to has been an unusual power event resulting in systems going offline systems are being brought back online. CivicPlus Systems Engineers continue to work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. An update will be added to this post when it is available.

CivicPlus Systems Engineers continue to work on restoring all services. As of 7:15AM CT, approximately 75% of services and sites had been successfully restored. We continue to engage with the Data Center Engineers. The Data Center is working with it's virtualization vendor to diagnose the remaining issue. We will continue to post updates on this status page.
