    CivicPlus Engineers made an update overnight in an effort to improve the intermittent slowness being reported by some users of AMM-Select (CivicClerk).  The team will continue to research and address these issues.  Further updates will be provided here as they become available.

    The engineering team is continuing their efforts to address the intermittent slowness being reported by some users of AMM-Select (CivicClerk).  Last night an additional fix was applied to the system in an effort to improve the latency issues.  All of our team's resources are dedicated to continuing to resolve any remaining issues.  Further updates will be provided here as they become available.

    5/17/24

    CivicPlus Engineers are continuing to research and address any persisting reports of intermittent slowness on Agenda and Meeting Management Select sites (Previously CivicClerk).  This week we have deployed three releases aimed at improving efficiency of several functions used across the application to reduce exceptions found in system logs.  We are continuing to research and monitor any ongoing issues.

    CivicPlus Engineers have been researching additional reports of intermittent slowness on Agenda and Meeting Management Select sites today.  To minimize client disruption, an update is prepared to deploy prior to business hours on 5/23.  Updates will continue to be posted here when available.

    Last night CivicPlus Engineers released an addition update that implemented some improvements to reduce the incidents of timeouts within the application.  The team has also added additional logging to observe reports of slowness within the Minutes module when switching between agenda items.  This will assist in identifying and fixing the issue.  Updates will continue to be posted here as available.

    The Agenda and Meeting Management Select Public Portal is not loading at this time.  The CivicPlus engineers are working on this.  This post will be updated when it is resolved.

    Update 6/13/24: 

    AMMS Admin: A fix was put in place to improve the responsiveness's when navigating between items within the minutes module.  Please contact Support if you continue to see this issue.  

    AMMS Board Portal: Reports were received related to responsiveness/errors on the Board Portal.  The issue appears to be related to the implementation of caching.  This was immediately disabled.  Follow up will be provided here as soon as available.

    AMMS Admin: There are several improvements aimed at improving performance being released this weekend.  The team is implementing additional caching throughout the product and code improvements related to session timeout logic.  

    AMMS Board Portal and Live Meeting Manager:  The team is currently working on improving the SignalR timeout technology that is expected to improve the voting experience.  As soon as this is ready to release further updates will be posted here.

    Several updates have been made this week to improve performance of the V8 Admin module.  This includes additional efficiencies saving motions and votes in Minutes.  Page load efficiencies to improve load times.  The team has also upgraded the Azure resource plan to increase CPU speed and RAM memory. Additional caching has been added also.  The team is continuing to monitor and identify additional improvements that can be made across the system.  Additional updates will be added here when available.

    CivicPlus Engineers have made updates to address performance concerns within the LMM and Board Portal.  These updates are intended to improve the responsiveness of the voting experience.  

    With recent improvements the metrics are showing improved performance with specific instances of slowness.  We are continuing to research and address any ongoing reports of performance within the Agenda and Meeting Management Select products.

    CivicPlus Engineers are working on several updates to further address performance concerns within the LMM and Board Portal.  These updates are intended to improve the responsiveness of the system overall, and more specifically in the Board Portal voting experience.

    Multiple updates are planned for this weekend.  If any changes occur to planned release we will update this page.

    • Additional caching in more areas of V8 Admin module
    • Improvements in CPU/Memory usage when querying data
    • A manual vote option in the Board portal.  This is intended to provide a safeguard option if for some reason a board member does not receive the vote pop-up. 

    Additional work is in progress and will be released after thorough testing.  Additional updates will be posted when available.

    This week the CivicPlus engineers have released a number of performance improvements to continue to enhance and improve the responsiveness of the software.  Enhancements include the following:

    • Eliminating multiple console errors in the Display Page, Minutes Module and Board Portal
    • Optimization of the Create Item pop up Database Queries
    • The addition of a manual vote pop up option in the Board Portal (In Beta testing)
    • Updates to reduce Redis timeouts during large bursts of traffic in the Admin application

    The team is continuing to observe metrics, research logs and implement new improvements to optimize our client's experience with Agenda and Meeting Management Select modules.
