AMM-Select Intermittent Slowness/Connectivity Issues
The Agenda and Meeting Management Select product (CivicClerk) has been experiencing intermittent slowness and connectivity issues in the Administrative and Board Portal modules. The CivicPlus Systems Engineers are working with the Hosting team to resolve these issues as soon as possible. We will post further updates here as they become available.

CivicPlus Systems Engineers have stabilized the performance issues on the Agenda and Meeting Management Select (CivicClerk) Public Portal and Admin. Modules.
Updates were made last week in response to some limitations imposed by Microsoft Azure to SQL connections. These updates had unintended consequences of allowing a large number of connections to intermittently overwhelm the system.
The team is continuing to work to minimize future performance issues. Several updates will be implemented in the release this weekend. We will update the release notes as future updates are pushed out. -
The Agenda and Meeting Management Select product (CivicClerk) has released several updates intended to address the slowness and connectivity issues in the Administrative and Board Portal modules.
