    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to your CivicPlus Solution. An incident report will be posted here once the Root Cause Analysis has been completed.

    The initial apparent cause was related to a SQL Query we believe it has been identified and resolved. We are monitoring and will provide more detail once the root cause investigation has been completed.
