Recreation Management Incident Report: Site Disruption 02.01.2024
Incident Description: At 10:10 AM CDT it was reported that customers were receiving gateway timeout 504 errors in the Recreation Management solution. Recreation Management Engineering and Hosting immediately began researching and working on the issues reported by customers.
Cause: A system call resulted in greater than expected resource usage, which caused a degradation in performance.
Resolution: A hotfix was deployed at approximately 10:51 AM CT to remediate the cause.
