    Fix Implemented

    CivicPlus Systems Engineers have applied a fix and have restored service to the Recreation Management Solution.

    CivicRec Incident Report: Site Disruption 08.16.2023

    Incident Description: At 1:52pm CDT it was reported that customers were not able to login to the Recreation Management solution, citing 504 timeout errors when making the attempt to login. Recreation Management Engineering and Hosting immediately began researching and working on the issues reported by customers.

    Cause: The production web instance failed health checks in the AWS Nitro Hypervisor, which required a reboot

    Resolution: We rebooted the production web instance.  Recreation Management was available for use at 2:02 PM CDT.
